Eastman guitars and mandolins are always hand-made by skilled luthiers, many of whom have been with the company from the beginning. Aware that each piece of wood is unique and must be treated as such, these luthiers ensure that the graduations and bracings are tailored for every instrument. And that’s exactly what makes this Orchestra (OM) with standard finish from the PCH2 (Pacific Coast Highway) series so special; you pay the price for an entry level guitar, but get superb quality.
This guitar is constructed with a solid Sitka spruce top and Rosewood laminated back and sides. Solid Maple neck carved into a traditional even "C", bone nut and saddle, X bracing and pearl dot inlays.
